Annual Fund We’ve been busy implementing the initiatives that last year’s Beyond the Bridge appeal supported. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, the
“Windows for Warmth” project will be
completed this winter. This project will replace the windows in the 2nd
and 3rd grade classrooms. Additionally,
we have been fortunate enough to continue to fund our fine arts program. More than 200 children benefit from weekly
music classes and over twenty middle school students are participating in a ballroom
dance class. This year’s annual fund, Lighting the Way, is a continuation of Beyond the
Bridge and we are hopeful you will renew your generosity. Less
than half of children in the Pilsen neighborhood will ever finish high school and
violence is a community-wide concern. Through a standards-based
curriculum, dedicated teachers, and constant reinforcement of Catholic values, we
are defying the statistics. More than 90% of Saint Ann alumni
go on to graduate from high school in four years. Such success is only possible with your

Financial Assistance – even with our
modest tuition scale, over two-thirds of Saint Ann families need additional
support to provide a Catholic education for their children. · Fine Arts and
Language – music, dance,
and Spanish classes provide an enriched learning environment as well as a
