Tuition

The tuition rates shown above apply to families and their immediate family members. Tuition payments will be spread over a ten-month period from August 2008 through May 2009. If there is a combination of pre-k students and K-8 students, you will receive the family rate but add $275 for each pre-k student.

Registration Fee

The non-refundable registration fee for the 2008-2009 school year is $100 per family and reserves your child(ren)’s spot in next year’s enrollment. After May 1, 2008, the registration fee increases to $125 for returning families. After June 6, 2008, the registration fee increases to $150 for returning families.

Operational Fee

The operational fee for 2008-2009 is $150 per child. This covers the cost of consumable workbooks, new student textbooks, and classroom materials for the teachers.

Parishioner Rate

This year, the parishioner and non-parishioner rates will be rolled into the tuition costs. This is why you see an additional $300 increase on the total tuition and fees number. Families who qualify for the parishioner rate based on Mass attendance will receive the $300 credit ($150 at the end of each semester). Families who do not qualify for the parishioner rate already pay this additional amount, so the $300 increase will not affect them. Therefore, the non-parishioner rate is no longer an additional fee added at the end of each semester. Rather, each family qualifying for the parishioner rate will receive a credit at the end of each semester. The only qualification for the parishioner rate is to put a Sunday envelope in the collection basket 11 out of 15 Sunday masses between September 7, 2008, and December 14, 2008, for the first semester. During the second semester, you need to attend 11 out of 15 Sunday masses between Sunday, January 19, 2009, and Sunday, April 26, 2009.

Service Fee

In addition to the financial commitment to Saint Ann, we are requiring each family to perform 20 service hours over the course of the school year. Each service hour counts as $5 towards a $100 Service Fee. (Example: 8 service hours performed = $40, you will be charged with a $60 Service Fee). If no service hours are performed over the course of the year, the $100 Service Fee will be added to your account.
